Have everything checked out before making the deal, but if a truck is serviced well, and taken care of, it will easily last a lot longer.

Id buy the bar, then save up a while for a good set of 4 lights on the top. I'd do the rear facing lights last, as a third stage.

Since you seem to have a lot of black on the truck already, I would get a black insert. That is just me. Chrome would look fine too though.

The wheels look great. I'm looking at an upgrade in the future as well. Mine sits well with the stock spacing, but a bigger tire would look nice. Its all up to what you prefer.
