Valve Clatter? Could be an Oil Pressure issue, clogged oil pump. It could be worn valve springs or a bent valve. Sorry bud I'm not too good at this.

The easiest way to find a new bolt is to go to your local junkyard. As for the bolt being striped, Vice grips or the old rubber band over the stripped head trick.

I believe people have used the ones from the Tacoma's before with no issues. But I have seen bed extenders on here before. I'd simply search google.

People have spliced the wires to convert a 3 bulb to a 2 bulb...I'd search the how to's on this forum...There might be an instruction manual there.
