Rumble strip noise
My 1999 4x4 auto trans manual hub Ranger makes a rumbling noise when I hit a bump. Just before I stop I can hear it stop. When I start moving again it's back to normal - no rumble. Any ideas?

1999 4wd axle hardware
I need a list of parts that are needed when installing a new 4wd hub assembly. I discovered there are no washers or retaining clips.on my truck.The stub axle just sat loosely in the hub assembly....

Black or White
Just painted my white 1999 XLT Extended cab. I painted the stock fender flares satin black. This really makes the wheels and tires look small. I'm thinking of changing them to white like the body...

Bought it for $1600 and drove 120 miles home. It seemed to run fine with speeds up to 75mph. More later. Thanks for all the responses.
