How's the air filter? Also try cleaning the mass air sensor. Known to cure many instabilities.

Great! When using them, slide in until soft click, then pull apart slightly while also pulling towards you. This will prevent you from simply pulling them back out.

Re: 1989 Ranger
Purchase Ford radio removal tools, they are cheap. Look like 2 U shaped handles. Usually stocked in car audio stores, or of course online. They just insert into the four little holes on the sides of...

Re: Wind noise
I'd still say check all the rubber on the door for slightest damage. New latch bushing, maybe. Something to do with the pressure I'd imagine.

Re: Spraying Bedliner - No Schutz Available!
Monstaliner had a roll on liner at some point. Maybe revise your search for roll on. I'll try to attach a video link, but I'm not always successful behind the keyboard

Re: Identifying aftermarket stereo system
Yeah, try removing the unit forward toward you. Looks like face flaps down and you would insert cd in slot. The faceplate doesn't want to waste real estate for an ugly slot.

Thanks for the compliment! Yeah, MD uses salt, but not often needed. I try not to use the truck in bad weather since the 2WD is a bit loose in the back.
