Yes one of the pistons has a big gouge in it, I plan to sand it flat even with the rest of the piston with my mini air sander. Thankfully none of them appear to be cracked. This was a very dumb...

I pulled the head and it was cracked and 2 of the valves are toasted. I'm going to put a new head on. I don't know why the crank isn't keyed I think no damage would occur if it was.
