It is considered just a dis. It doesn't say EDIS. It is the early version of the system. Module wired a little different. 2 plugs with six wires each. Instead of one plug with 12 wires.

I have a 93 2.3l. My first question was answered quickly as I hope this is as well. Is the ignition on this engine considered EDIS? If not what is called? Thank you.
