Yes those would be the correct radius arm drop brackets but you can call rough country at there 1800 number and they will sell you the brackets and hardware individually.

They will fit I bought mine with 30x9.5x15's four plus a brand new bf Goodrich spare for $200. These came off a 95 wrangler and there are no issues.

I saw a review on Amazon where a guy used the 4.0l could on a 4 cylinder and it lifted his truck by like 4...
