Ok just an update... In order to shift, I have to press down really hard on the brake pedal. Is there a way to adjust the brake switch on the brake pedal? Or is this a separate issue?

Here in AZ they sell R134 at Auto Zone, Checker, and NAPA. Pretty much at all auto parts stores. Regarding the repair, it might take you a couple hours, and you might be able to get an AC guy to pull...

Sorry for the delay, I work in HVAC and live in AZ so it's my super busy time right now, lol.

The fuse is still good but my 3rd brake light doesn't wanna work still. Any suggestions?

Ok I re-checked all my fuses. #9 was bad. Put a new fuse in it and it worked for a little while but quit working again. Checked the 3rd brake light to see if bulb was bad and it was, so I put a new...

Yea brake lights work. I have changed the brake light switch on the pedal already but still no go. Do you guys know what the neutral position switch is for?

I FINALLY GOT IT! Gosh after some time I read on another thread to check fuse 26 and I didn't have a fuse in that location. I have no idea where it went but I installed a 10A fuse and everything...

Read on another thread to check fuse 26. I didn't even have a fuse in that spot. I put a 10A fuse and everything came to life! Someone also recommended to check the splice at your trailer light...

My truck was doing this a few years ago. I sprayed WD-40 on it and it helped for a while but it came back. I ended up adjusting the latch with a flathead screwdriver by pushing it outwards a little...

Hi,

I changed the one out on my 2000 Ranger and had to take it to the dealership for them to reprogram the keys to the truck. You need both keys that come with the new ignition lock and it takes...
