Has anyone ever milled the ledge on their torsion keys to get a lower stance ? I have a mill where I can take th ledge of the key down and reset the concave divit where the bolt goes, has anyone done...

As long as there the same od and Id, where they sit in the spring holders with no slop yes they will work, that's all "after market " lowering springs are is shorter spring from a different vehicle...

Anyone have torsion bar ranger that's been bagged?
I'm one of the unlucky people that picked up a 2000 ranger 2 wheel drives that has torsion bars. Iv seen the weldit your self kit to bag the front....

Yes but not worth the money. You can pick up a turbo pretty cheap. If you have a stock 2.x liter don't run more then 10 pnds same on the 3.0, the 4.0 can handle more but not much about 15psi stock....

Here in Michigan its a pain to find a ranger for less then 1500,
But if it starts, runs, and drives low ball him with the facts it needs paint, body work, etc

I agree try this, a 4 foot drop would def trigger the switch to pop. Drain oil again to flush, unhook fuel rail prime the lines make sure you have good clean fuel flowing.
