I posted this over on 4 cylinder tech and no one offered any help, it must have been the wrong Forum.
Anyway here is the problem, I will get a CEL and got the Auto Parts place to check and it shows...

It came back on today after being off a couple of weeks then went off after a couple of hours (same code, P0301).
I ran some Seafoam fuel treatment through it and the cel (little motor icon) still...
