I have just dropped the gear box sump and changed the filter, installed new gasket, replaced ATF fluid. It went really well, the old fluid was really clean no bits of gasket or metal...

Thanks for the advise guys. The tranny fluid is a bit brown so ideally I would like to get rid of it all and start afresh and carry on afterwards with the pan drop and filter changes every 25-30k...
