that may be why its saying its a pending code...its stored for a certain amount of time after the light goes out...after either so many starts or a period of time the code will be deleted from the...

it might be stored as a history code still...if you got a buddy at a ford dealership or somn id get em to hook the scan tool to it and see if its under the dtc history and if it is clear the history

did you clear the code?...it may be stored in the vehicles history...if it is after so many starts it will be deleted from the comps history...

if you wanted to disconnect it, couldnt you just cut the wires and put a connector inline somewhere. like have it where the connector is molded into the trim and you just plug and unplug it there and...

sweet ima have to check that out...i work in a gm dealership and most the new cars and trucks have all that intergrated in already...i been wanting to be able to do that with my truck...

well i fixed it lol...upon lookin at the fuel cutoff switch deal..i pulled the carpet back a lil and noticed the wire wasnt even connected...i connected the wire back and it fired right up..wooo

no it doesnt kick on..im goin do a full diagnostics tomorrow...start at the fuse panel and work my way down..thanks for the suggestions ill keep yall posted n let yall know what it was or is

im guessin my fuel pump went out today..it wouldnt start and i sprayed some carb cleaner in the intake and it fired a lil then...whats wierd if it is the fuel pump is...i just got that pump...

hey i finally got the ohc put in my truck...wasnt that hard to do...took me bout 3 hours to do everything...not including the few days i painted it...i personally think it turned out great..i didnt...
