They really can't dispute anything the police report covers me pretty well. The rental car is covered by my insurance although they probably try and get that reimbursed from his insurance later....

The BMW's front fender was completely ripped apart along with most its door. Basically the entire right side was pretty messed up along with its airbags deploying.
