I guess you missed where I said I changed out the fill hose, And a broom handle will not make the 45* bend in the fill tube anyway

I restored the truck 5 years ago adding the body lift. It took gas fine.

I see dorman makes a steel piece to strengthen the OEM plastic (Part number 924-834)...

Neither fuse box(under hood nor kick panel show a fuse for the alternator
I have battery voltage on the yellow/white wire and the black/orange so my usable links are good

Checked it out when I got home
04 4.0 Battery light came on this am and before I go throw an alternator on it..
Tested it and I am at 11 volts

Ended up being a pinched wire at the trans crossmember. Broke the insulation and then the wire was corroded making intermittent connection

Just wanted to report back about the Falkins
The red was SUPER deep when they were new. And the main "steer" treads were full depth. But for some reason the "traction" treads were only half depth....

What did that cost you? I have a leak coming from the y-pipe/passenger manifold I can't seem to fix.
Ford just quoted me $2400 my cost for the y-pipe:eek:

The 32s rub now(ever so slightly) with no plow, just like the 265s did(on 16x8s)The flares were what was rubbing. I would love to...

Nope. That was before the plow was ever mounted on the truck(mount or anything) and #1 torsion bars Cranked up.
So are you saying I could get by with 315s? on the 4" lift
