Okay so I have changed all the sockets and checked the back tail light ground. Still hasn't fixed the problem. Now my radio light flashes when I turn my blinkers on. Frustrating.

Okay it's tough to tell but with the lights off...

Okay it's tough to tell but with the lights off the brake light up with no hesitation. With the headlights on, the brakes dim down to almost non existent for about a second then brighten back up.

I have had it for roughly two weeks. They work fine in the day (which is when I bought it). I didn't notice until a couple nights ago when someone flagged me down. Luckily it wasn't a cop.

Not a mechanic but I don't think it's the ground. There doesn't seem to be any rust. How do I check for corrosion.
