Yea it brought up the front end higher then a t bar crank would've and with an extra block in the back I basically raised the body another 1.25'' or so...

UPDATE:

So after I put in a factory air filter instead of the AFE and got the mechanic to clear all codes, the problem stopped...

QUESTION: If differences in air flow caused by the AFE air...

Was it all aftermarket air filters?

I'll get a Motocraft one today just to make sure, if the problem continues I'm getting the truck checked out on Tuesday anyway. I'll keep yall updated!

O dang, I swear Im not going any faster cause I matched the speed of a school bus on the highway going 115kph, according to your calc he wouldve been going almost 125kph... guess he was roasting lol!...
