Change the oils & filters. Mobil 1 since day 1 and it just turned 508,835. miles on the original engine. 7,500 intervals.

2002 4x4 as of today, 497,504.00 original. Synthetic all the way. When I got it, it had 80 on the meter. I plan on an overhaul at 500,00.00

My 2002 4x4 V/6 just turned 494,322. when I took it in for smog registration just yesterday and passed with ease. Got it new with 80 miles on it. Have ran with nothing but synthetics in it. Still...

Got my registration notice in the mail yesterday. Had to get it smogged, took it in today with 494,322. original miles on it. Passed with colors. :):):)

2002 Ranger 4.0 4WD. I just turned 486,000. on a trip over to the coast last week. Still on the original engine, though it is showing some age. I plan on doing an overhaul at the 500,000 mark.
