Re: Front and rear differential oil change
They say it to make the diff run smoother. They can on occasion chatter without it. But with a 26 year old diff your not likely to have that issue.

Re: 16x8 steel wheels
You can still use 15's on the newer truck. With a 32x11 or a 33x12.5 with some lift. Then you can get your 3.75bs, also 15" tires are cheaper then 16" tires, which doesn't make any sense

I love the abilities of a large sub but I'm just not willing to give up the room anymore.
Now that it's finally nice out and I can rebuild the truck I'm going to a single 10 sealed. And a 'quite'...

If I was shorter I'd be all. Over that bed setup. That's all that has stopped me from doing a canopy build.

I've had impeller bits end up smashing a head up on me. It really depends on how the turbo went.

Go to your local earth/hippie/natural food store, you'll get the safe to eat stuff for peanuts.
We have both in the house, I'm not convinced there is a difference between them.

Coconut oil is also dirt cheap and will slowly add moisture back into the rubber.

Yeah but his are in a box! He didn't have to cut a big hole in the cab to use them.
The box build for those 24's is sweet

I've never had a problem with them. I've seen a couple fog up from a crap sealing job but you'll have the apart anyway so that won't be an issue

Re: What battery are you guys running?
I get a ton of calls for batteries that I end up fixing with new clamps. Do you have enough slack to just swap out the terminals? Where you live corrosion shouldn't be a big issue.

Yes you can. 16x8 with a 255/70r16 problem is its a bitch to find a tire that size. That's the factory size on my sport but most manufacturers only offer the 245/75

You shouldn't drop to zero when cranking. I think my truck goes down to around 10.5, I'd have to watch the Volt meter to be sure.
