1/28/17; Happy to report that I've driver over 200 miles after replacing this, to me inexpensive hose and have no check engine light now........

Vacuum/Breather hose to ABS

I just replaced my vacuum elbow in my PCV hose on my '03 3.0 Edge.

In doing so I noticed a line going from the FRONT of the intake (Front of where the PCV line hooks up to) going to what I believe...

Just yesterday 1/23/17 I bought a DORMAN replacement hose (the curved one)(only one on mine that was bad) #46023, it fits perfectly on my 3.0, $8.99 at Advance Auto Parts......

I see the OEM Ford...

If I loosen the hold down bolt and turn the synchro just a tad either way will it adjust the timing like turning an old distributor?

I got my new one in fine after about 20 tries, I feel 99% sure...

I replaced MINE today, 102k miles, 2003 Ranger Edge (3.0)

I got the Ford/Motorcraft Sensor AND Synchronizer.....

Took about 20 tries but I got the new one lined up perfectly-just as the old one...

I got in the Dorman 800-044 Clips and today I installed them.

They worked just fine, they fit into the ends of the fittings that slide onto the lines on the filter...

I'm good for another 25k...
