Looked at the new set of Wagner rear brake shoes that will be installed once this shit weather clears ..

Any advice on rear shoe install on a 2002 4xx4 10" drum.

It looks so so easy !!! lol

Bolt one of these little sentry safes under the rear passenger seat if you have an extended cab.

Use steel carriage bolts with lock nuts inside the safe. Best cheapo safe for your money !!

The true plug gap for that 4.0 should be .62 to .65 ! Remove the passenger front tire for easy access for the plugs.


If you get motorcraft plugs they should be set at .62 from factory. I had...

Had a new Magnaflow installed 2.5 " pipe from cat dumped behind the rear passenger axle!

It sounds Awesome .

Magnaflow 11266 18" 2.5" pipe is the way to go..

I went with the 2.5" Magna cat back dumped behind the rear passenger axle and it sounds awesome !

Check plug gap, change fuel filter, find out what grade gear oil the truck has, get the injectors cleaned, try running a 5-20 sin blend grade oil instead of a 5-30 . I think the ford manufacture...
