It's actually less of a rattle and like a clunk. I looked again at the latch and striker but there doesn't look to be any adjustments I could make.

The door panels have never been removed. Ever. Bought the truck brand new. It's definitely the door bouncing on the striker. Is there some way to adjust it that I'm not seeing? What's the procedure...

How to fix rattling doors?
I have an '05 Ranger Edge. Both the driver's side and Pass side doors rattle when I hit any decent sized bump. I'm talking about the actual door itself. If I put pressure against the door, it stops....
