If the clutch got any of the fluid on it you should replace it because it will slip due to the oils in the brake fluid and yes I would bench bleed it because when I replaced mine it took forever to...

2.3 runs hot easily

My 96 2.3 runs hot very easily if it's hot outside... If I keep the revs down its fine but soon as I make it work alittle it runs hot

93 and 96 transmision the same?

Have a 96 ranger with the 2.3 with a 5 speed manual and I'm wondering if a 93 ranger with the same motor also a 5 speed manual if the tranny will fit in my truck? Thanks for the help

Is it a lot of work to change it over? Will the transmission from the 94 at least bolt in to my engine now which is a 96? Both are 2.3 motors 5 speed manuals
