Thank You for your help...yes fuel pump was changed but i have removed the pump and checked it out and put it back in the tank..I removed the line at the regulator and theres gas flowing thru...

ok got fuel going to the rail but no start..i found set of wires not sure where they go but theres 4 in a tube....2 white 1 sorta like a light purple and a black..they were hanging on both sides of...

took fuel line off that connects to the pump good fuel flow there..checked filter on correctly..I will disconnect fuel line pass the fuel filter see if i get flow there. I will post...

tried the on and off still the pump runs all the time..also wanted to add that I replaced the electrical switch on the steering column thinking that was my fuel pump...

No Fuel Pressure
I have a 1993 with a 3.0 the truck was running and about 80 miles down the road it stopped like i ran out of gas..New fuel pump,new fuel pump relay,shutoff is in proper order, at first i was not...
