BTW, yeah, the PO and his mechanic kind of had their way with this truck. But it was priced right, so far.
The power kind of lays down intermittently, sometimes from 2300-3k.

Thank you cowboy, the box is there, that bottom right corner is empty, control circuit power but no ground when I push the bag, that circuit is intact to the bottom of the column(blue/yellow wire)...

RTFM, fuse 35 in passenger compartment fuse box is powered and intact, power present at horn connector, blue wire. There is no relay 7, and no relay labeled for horn in "roadside emergencies" page...
