stall out but wont die, and just wont higher than 35mph or third gear, i apologize i meant to say fuel filter.

Here we go, crank the ignition everything good no shaking, get it on gear and start to accelerate and take like a minute just get it up to 35mph max and when slowing down that is when it shakes a lot...
