Re: Drop-in Lockers
Eh, yeah, Lock-Right is the only one that makes a drop in locker for a 28 spline but it costs double what the same locker for a 31 spline costs. I could buy an explorer axle (31 spline), get the...

Re: Drop-in Lockers
Well I need to figure out if my Ford 8.8 is a 28 spline or 31 spline axle. I have the suspicious feeling from what little bit of Google-Fu Ive done that Ford Rangers have 28 spline 8.8's and I can...

Drop-in Lockers
Hello everyone. Was wondering if anyone around here has used any of the so called "lunchbox" drop in style lockers. Lock-Rite, Aussie, or Spartan are the three brands I know of.
Was thinking about...

Most people dont understand what this is. Ive tried explaining to a friend of mine that the Lincoln luxury pick-up is just a renamed F-150 with luxury options. She told me I was full of shit.

Re: Rear diff question.
In a related question, are there different fluids you can use to change the characteristics of your differential? I know it works like that in R/C cars but want to be sure 1:1 is the same way.
