Does anybody think that my timing being off would make them codes keep coming up? Feeling lack of power and it doesn't like low rpm's

Ok i will have the codes ran again so i can post actual codes. And as far as my dome light and odometer, i will check the fuse, but my main worry is to get my check engine light off so i can get it...
