Intake Manifold Heater Tubes
The heater tubes on my intake are broken. Can I cut them flush with the manifold and put a filler over the holes or is there a way I can replace the tubes? Any advice is appreciated, thank...

It's making a horrible whining noise, and it has a lot of miles on it. Also, I don't have the tools and equipment to rebuild the diff.
