if ford changed things past 93' and put the silinoid on your starter they wouldn't have moved the ground side of fuel pump anything connecting the wireing would still be on passenger inside fener,or...

im sure there is a differance due to 10 years and a vulcan engine opposed to a 2.9l but not much.As far as fuseable link shouldn't be one find your wireing positive side it goes to the inertia switch...

sounds the best thing to do wile you have warranty cause otherwise you have to go to a junkyard to get anotherone unless you get lucky with an oddball parts place like carquest.:D

It's called inertia saftey switch in case of a wreck or rollover the switch will trip and shutoff the positive electrical wire to the fuel pump so the pump will stop pumping fuel thru the pressurized...

depends on how deep you could try a really hot blowdryer or maybe one of those hot air guns for applying car vinyls,get the spot all around dint really hot about an inch or so around it then quickly...
