CANT FIGURE OUT WHATS WRONG (over heating)

ok so im going to try and make a long story short.

truck "almost" overheated about a yr ago when wife was driving.

now it has a cylinder 6 misfire, replaced the plugs, wires, and coil pack....

Im not too sure, my gf dad is the one adjusting the idle. I was sitting in the car, i think he was messing with this thing.

car is running fine other then the engine shake, motor mounts are fine, radiator was pressurized and was at 20 than dropped to 15 psi? i put a brand new radiator in. fixed the idle, less engine shake...

I have a few questions to ask. let me give a quick history. first off, my truck will overheat if i drive with my ac on. if i drive with ac off its fine. it has been extremely hot lately 110+ degrees....
