Rear is 84" wide.

Front is 81" wide.

The rear should match the front, but I have to run wheel adapters in the rear to keep the correct lug pattern which adds 1.5" per side. And yes, the shock...

Yes. Stock mounts on the frame side. I redid the tabs on the axle side as the factory ones are weak. I want to keep all my bed space for now until I have enough for a set of 2.5x16 bypasses mounted...

Just installed some national leaf springs and flipped the shackle with some fox aluminum 2.0x10 remote resi's under the bed. Truck handles 10x better. Corners very well and has awesome street...
