Just a word of caution: the battery saver relay connected to fuse 26 is a relay that powers up up to ten minutes, maybe more, after the key has been turned off. It's function is to "save the battery"...

I decided to update the frame-to-body grounds today. The stock ground straps are pretty weak and worn out. They're just a 1/2" wide and have little clips for terminals. One side clips to the frame...

yeah, that's why I like them, they're pretty much the same style as the headlights which is nice. Gives it a uniform look.

That button gives the tweeter frequencies a 3 decibel boost. Makes the upper frequencies louder in other words.
It just gives you an extra option for making your system sound the way you want it.

I haven't been able to park in the garage for a long while 'cause it's clogged up with furniture, so I purchased a 7-layer cover for it to keep it protected from the elements when it's parked...

You pretty much get what you pay for in car audio. Arguably, the best sounding setup is to have component speakers up front run by an amplifier. Then have a subwoofer also running off an amplifier....

They ratchet right in place. Yeah, I bought the tool and it really only took a few minutes to adjust the headlights. And it's good quality. Saves a lot of time and frustration.

yeah, i know, it's just a fix-it ticket though, right? I think it's worth it. It's so much nicer inside the cab with the tint. I love it.

Subwoofer box and seats are on hold while I stay busy with work. But I did get a new antenna. It's a 14" inch wraparound one from Autozone. Replaces the little stubby one I had, which broke in half....
