The thing says "Submissions will be taken until ______ "

So if it works for you I see no harm in leaving the thread open longer than necessary (aka until the next day) and then when the time comes to gather the pictures just take the ones submitted on time. I doubt anyone will submit a picture a day late or anything anyways.

Idea 2: Do your normal routine, close the thread at your normal time and if Daniel sends a PM in a timeframe that you are okay with then allow it in the voting. If you usually create the vote thread right away I would say just go ahead and create it knowing that you can edit in Daniel the next time you have time. Sure he might miss out on a day of voting but it allows him to enter, and allows you to do your normal routine on closing day.

STL, you have the final say, so do whatever works for you, I'm just throwing out ideas.

Im at work If we were allowd to upload photos I would already enter it in. But we can't. So If I miss out oh well. I'll have the photo uploaded as soon as I get home. I can pm STL. Just an Idea, sometimes on RPS if there isn't enought entries they will leve it open another week. I'm just sayin.
