~Right after I got brand new 31x10.5 tires.
~This is the piece that kind of started it all. Found this gem on craigslist for 150$ W/ 4, working, "hella" lights.
~Had to cut through the bed liner, then drill into the bed so I could bolt the roll bar in properly.
~17 years of built up dirt & sh*t under that bedliner
~The black roll bar encouraged me to plastidip some of the accessories on my truck. (bug guard)
~Came out great (was still drying)
~That plastic strip piece on the bumper
~Now the grill
~Makes the emblem really pop out.
~Decided I wanted to take the fender flares off and plasti dip those.
~Not at all the difficulty I expected after seeing a thread on how to remove flares off a 1999 ranger. COMPLETELY different pins and whatever it is that was holding them on.
~These were the 17 year old pins that went through under the flare that were damn near impossible to take out (Very long process)
~Looked real good (still drying). They were an even bigger pain in the ass putting them back on. So they sat in the cab of my truck, for about 3 weeks, until I was motivated enough to put them back on.
~Since both my fog lights were broken, and I didnt have enough plasti dip to paint the whole lower valence, I took it off
~By now the roll bar was fully installed , I ended up having to take a tire off because one of the posts was directly over the frame, and since I didnt want to drill in to the frame I had to buy short as hell bolts and try to get a grip on them.
~Me and my buddy took her on some little off road trails, good time. Super dry so not as dirty as I'd like her to be
~How she sits today, next to my stepdads 2013 F-150
