Figured I would attempt to make one of these the best I could and try to remember all I have done in the past 3 years.

1996 Ford Ranger XLT, 2.3l auto. I got this truck after my grandfather passed away in 2010. I sold my '93 blazer and bought this from my grandmother for $1500 bucks (she said whatever I sold my blazer for to give her that for the truck). I am the third owner, and it had about 17,000 miles when I got it. As of June 20, 2013 it has about 51,268 miles, which is still really low for a 96. This truck still feels and looks almost new, I love it and have had alot of fun with it. So, here is the rundown with pictures:

This is when i first got it; bone stock.




This is when I first got my toolbox installed, the second thing I got for my truck with the vent shades.




After that I replaced the ORIGINAL (yes from 1996) tires and rims, and got these.




After that I took the stripe off with a stripe eraser.




Alone the line somewhere I put in my head unit, door speakers, tweeters and subs, and here is when I get my window tint, headlights with blue hids, and tail lights.

I put these on my center caps, fits perfect and one of the favorite things about my truck.




I took off the front chrome bumper and replaced it with a steel one painted black, and painted the back chrome bumper black. Also added the fog light valance.






Next was the hail damaged bed cover to replace my toolbox.




The fog light bezel was added and wired up with the buggman fog light kit.




Fog lights installed; harbor freight lights with angle iron brackets i got from lowes.






Explorer seats and console added. I feel I was lucky to find seats in such great shape. Will probably try to find another console later on.

Are your headlights with the smoked lens or the black accented housings?

Oh haha don't worry about it. I'm pretty sure I want to go with the one piece but I want the black housing not the smoked now that I know.
