We blew the headgasket and the engine has been needing a rebuild so this is just more reason to redo it. The oil pressure fluctuates a lot too. So we are tearing it out boring it out .030 over and then putting some roller rockers and bigger valves on it and calling it a day. Maybe maybe we might mill the heads to get some more compression out of it but i don't think we are gonna mess with it to much. But yah i have a chain fall to pull the engine so it should go fast.

Little update:
Worked on the truck for two hours today before i had to go to work and got everything disconnected and the engine is almost ready to come out.

Engine still intact

Beginning of tear down.

And where it sits now. Waiting on my buddy to come over to help me lift the hood off that thing is damn heavy!

Will be continuing tomorrow hopefully it will be ready to pull by sunday!
