thats pretty sweet. I am about to start working on my own SAS on my '03 FX4. Having trouble figuring out what to do with the steering. Do you have any close ups of your set up? And what fab work had to be done?

I can get some..I used an early 90s 4wd yota steering box..mounts on the frame..sleeve the frame and plate it for strength. Buy a ranger shaft and buy a toyota shaft..they get mated in the middle..slide a pillow block bearing over it to catch the slop. I can get pictures for you today if I get around to it.

Definitely do up some pics of the steering box set up, I am using one from an F250 and want to see how you did the slide between the two shafts.

Nice work. I guess that ol' grille mesh I made up won't be staying on the truck anymore.

What is that, like a 6" body lift on that thing? (on top of the suspension?)

That thing is going to eat some rocks! Looks pretty sweet. I'm in the parts gathering phase of my sas for my '03. Not going nearly that big though. Planning on getting started around the 15th. Only have a few more minor things to get.
