Default Rockwerks 3/4 drop B4000

I will just update this thread from when I start next week with the finish of gathering the brake parts from the slavage yard to removal of the stripes and chrome window trim till Im finished. here is how she sits today with faded paint a few dings, rust on the roof, mismatched shell, rusted bumper etc.

I will be installing a 3/4 DJM drop with mustang rear discs, dechroming the rig. Customizing the Grill some paint work, etc. I have a few trick that I have developed of the years to make this type of process easier

My wife would like a full walk thru also so the interior will eventually see new buckets carpet and full cut out walk thru.. My wishful thinking is that she may also pick me up a 36 x 40 ragtop too......... I can only ask right? This might be fun..who knows LOL

Still waiting on beams.........seem to be lost in shipping, always something. Paint, brakes, flip kit etc are already here.

I need to get a little work done on a cabin remodel here at the resort to clear out the rest of my work shop then I can get started.

I have done a little work on the truck to get it ready for paint and body work.

I picked up a graphics eraser and removed all the glue, stripes, badges etc. took me all of an hour including the rinse. I think it looks better already

after I removed what I could get at with the eraser, I used a heat gun and my finger nails to remove the stripes that wrapped around the bed and cab corners

Next will be the removal of the dorky chrome window trim and weld up the holes from the trim and badges
