Cars i buy and sell

Well guys I've been trying to make a few bucks for a little while now and have been flipping cars.

Here's my latest one. Pick her up on Saturday from a guy that came into my work and didn't want to fix it. Needed a fuel pump. 1998 explorer Xlt 4x4 original owner 140k miles. Clean!! Has a little rust on the rockers. I got the fuel pump in Sunday and she runs great!!!

It needed some new tires so I called my buddy that's got a shop and his son was selling his tires that were brand new. 30.5 bfg tko all terrains. He wanted 400 for the tires or 600 for the running truck they were on!! So I bought the whole truck swapped the tires and have someone lined up to buy the blazer for 800.

I'll post some pics of the explorer all cleaned up with the tires on it tomorrow. She is just about done. Had to put a drivers side upper ball joint on. And none of the dash lights worked so I tore it apart and all the bulbs were burnt out. She glows now! I took the hitch off. Undercoated the whole underneath. I'm fixing the AC tomorrow And she will be ready for sale Has a sunroof 6 disc cd changer. It's a real nice truck hoping to get top dollar

I've always wanted to get into flipping cars, but dont have money for the initial investment lol

Kinda looks like the rear sags a bit. Maybe it's just me though. Anyways that's actually super sick man! Wish I scored those BFG's.. Haha.

I've always thought those Explorers sagged in the rear.
I think it contributed to thier tendency to roll over when those tires were blowing out. The driver would try to correct, and the rear would squat. Too softly sprung in the rear.

Same with the explorer sports. When I sold cars in 03. We literally were able to bounce them off the ground by getting guys on both running boards and bouncing like a teeter tawter. Lol.

It doesn't sag anymore! The bfgs look awesome on it!

be careful! Not sure about the laws in Ohio, but in ontario if you sell more then 5 cars in a year, you have to register as a dealer. Dealers that aren't registered are known as curb-siders and face fines and/or jail time if caught. some of the fines are upwards of $10,000+.

BUT, it is a good way to make some cash haha

Blazer is up for sale too ! Fixed the window and exhaust and mirror. And also I bought a 97 blazer on Tuesday and took it right to the scrap yard. It was missing the motor and trans. Made a quick 100 on that.

Have a 95 explorer 5 speed 176k miles. I've done. Everything too it
New ball joints upper and lower
New tie Rods inner and out
New sway bar links
New front shocks
New rack and pinion
New power steering pump
New rear parking brake showed plus hardware
New wheel seals
New parking brake cable
Fresh fluid in the rear diff and gasket.

Ice cold ac

New clutch 20k miles ago

I'm asking 1600 obo

Nice put some new wheels and a good cleaning and the vic should be good to go to bad you didnt get one with the push bars
