I have the same set up with my Flowmaster 40. If it is anything like mine it is louder but not untolerable.

I believe the thrush welded is the cheaper version of the FM40. Depending on how well i like the sound i may just keep it

I'm thinking about doing something similar with Matt's 12's. somehow make a box with the two subs facing 90 degree with the floor and then have the other sub mounted at an angle facing the ceiling.

Are y'alls dumped straight down or at like a 45-60 degree angle? Both of my trucks are dumped at an angle to the ground, in the white truck has zero drone and the red one has just a little but I think that's cause it's practically on the ground lol
