His might be a little more noticeable but heres mine. If you zoom in you can see.

Would you opt against it? Due to the frame looks? Also, can a 2wd edge with tbars get spindles? I always heard they can, and I just tea they can't... I'm confused

2wd edges can yes. They're a bit different than the reg spindles though

Still shows that its not that noticeable. Hasn't bothered me at all. Looks better than a stock chevy haha. I'm getting factory step bars so its going to cover what little amount of frame that shows

It don't bother me either. I'm gonna make custom sliders that double as nerf bars so hopefully that'll close the gap a little. But I wouldn't mind gap guards

That's what I am talking about! 01 swap or just custom honeycomb insert? Also, what year explorer did you get that shorty console out of? I have the full length and am thinking about going shorty

I got a 04 Edge bumper from my local JY for $40. One very small dent below where the passenger side headlight would be. Also got the fog bezel out of the same truck for $10. I cut some pigtails so I can splice for my fogs.

I have it apart for sanding now, minus one support. Bolt is stuck.

Been working on this all week. Didn't get to start working on it til last monday. Anyways onto the pics.
Harelip sanded

Primed and used filler primer

primed again and then sanded

Painted

4 coats of clear

New fog bezel installed. I removed the factory coating on the bezel due to it flaking and plasti-dipped it

Got the valance sanded tonight. Its still drying in the picture
