Shouldn't have any problems lighting up a dark night tornado.

I really love using them on clear highways, and really helps with my work day starting at 4 A.M. most days.

Small update,

Majority of my time has been going to installing a new weather station on top of the truck, but it is not working out nearly as well as i planned, but will get it done never the less.

Ive been worried a bit about the "360 degree perimeter" lighting, so i went looking for options on how to change this, and i could not find a better solution than these Intersectors from SoundOff.

Here is the install i completed on the side mirrors.

And here is a small photo OP i had after an equipment trial/mock chase/spotting exercise.

Have you considered either a homemade center console or overhead console? Gives you lots of places to mount switches, lights, radios, monitors, etc inside the cab

Tremendously yes, however i lack pretty much all of the tools for wood crafting, as well as i dont have any experience building anything out of wood. Ive always been a "eye ball" kind of tinkerer/builder.
Having said that, i have been watching for custom center consoles to hit the forums, or anyone that offers services for building them even if its a console with limited options.

Ill post some pictures of what im workin with in the cab. Its pretty chaotic to say the least, but i know everything about it through and through so it works out for me lol.

Few more things finished....

Ordered new Leaf Springs from SD Truck .com. I originally had the Ford 3to1 Leaf Springs, but i upgraded to the 4to1 leaf springs and i have been very happy with the replacement/upgrade. The ride of the truck is far better, with the amount of weight i am carrying not effecting the stability of the truck anymore, adding to my happiness. but i must say... these guys are freakin heavy.

And added 2 more rear LED warning lights. These two are the "Lion" LED lights that are offered by StrobesNMore.com.

Finally picked up my weather Station upgrade! Much more accurate readings, and alot more information i can feed to the National Weather Service from whats going on around me.

And here is the picture that i promised about the current setup in the cab when im on the go. I was setup for some severe storms to pop up in my neck of the woods, but a boundry pushed everything too far south for me to catch and document.

And i am looking for a well made Spare tire holder that sits inside of the truck bed. Mainly behind the wheel well on the passenger side of the truck. I found some on Amazon that i think could work, but id like some person feedback, if anyone has any to offer it would be awsome.

How do you like the lions compared to the e6 heads? I went with linears for my rear window in the new truck and like them so far.

You could pick up some larger conduit for all your wiring to clean things up some. You have a lot going on there

The Lions are much brighter, and with these two i picked white and amber as the colors so its much harder to miss the flashing white if someones not paying much attention behind me. I am honestly a little worried i might get questioned by the cops for just those two warning lights having the super bright white interweved with the amber. The video StobesNMore did, does not do the light justice on how bright it is.
The optional mount you can get with them is very interesting, and little bit of a pain in the butt to use in my opinion, but still easier than making a whole new one myself for each light.

Larger conduit? Whatca have in mind? (mind is a bit scrambled from exam study)

Yup, its happening....

Couldnt take the clutter of wires anymore, and going up upgrade everything with relay wiring.

Also some more upgrades to the truck are in progressive, and hoipefully a big upgrade in a few weeks.

Finished the console, and the tweaking of fitting around the laptop mount, and the surrounding area for the chairs. So much happier with the organization, and functionality of the whole console. Plenty of room to make additions.

Just no cup holders, but brainstorming ideas and researching options from all kinds of places.

And just like others have suggested, which was a very great suggestion, i upgraded the conduit inside of the truck, and build its own area so i can make more additions to it in the near future.

Ill post more pictures in a few days. Working on more organization of gear and wiring around the whole interior of the truck. And got some rock lights to install.

Console looks good! And not trying to rag, but that spaghetti could still use some work lol. At least around fuse panel.

Wire loom, zip ties tape, and radioshack "project boxes" go a long way in cleaning up wiring, fuse panels, and relay banks. Mine used to look like a disaster until the 3rd or 4th time rewiring the truck, I k ow how much of a pain it can be. Especially when you're still adding and changing things.

Also, a standard 3" PVC pipe is the correct diameter for a cup holder. It'll hold just about anything short of a 32oz Gatorade bottle.

Thanks TB! Yeah i shake my head a bit at the lines coming out of the conduit, but i havent heard of the suggestion you mentioned from like radio shake and such, im just about to look into those things right now. And thanks a bunch for the tip on the PVC pipe, the more i keep trying to find a fix to the no cup holders the more i see i made a big mistake not putting them into the mix right away, but i know ill figure it out, just gotta want to do more wiring, and wire management

I appreciate the comments, its really helping me find solutions.
