So, after doing a few small mods and planning out my future goals I decided its time to start a live build thread.
I bought her with 117,000 miles for $5,000. She's a 2002 4.0 SOHC Edge (Extended cab) with 4 wheel drive. now I did have to install quite alot once I got it. The previous owner decided not to maintain or take care of this black beauty. Off to work I went!

After All this work, I finally got to play around with her alittle bit. I first drove allll the way to Wisconsin to pick up a topper made for the flareside, $200 later I was on my way home with my very used topper. I sadly don't have pictures, but it needed some love. I went through and repaired the trim, bought new hydraulic lifts, and finally new locks. The only rust on the truck was found to be on the running boards and the rear bumper. So, I tore the bumper off one night with means to save it. Having little skills with Bondo I gave it my best shot! I'll Let you decide
Before:
Once I had the bumper done I decided that I could hardly see at night, So I added LED reverse bulbs and some fog lights that kick on when she pops into reverse.
Picture of all the hard work!
My dad one day went through and de-badged his entire Dodge Ram 1500. Wanting to be like him I foolishly tried to de-badge my ranger. Silly me, Pin holes and what not. So after a couple of hours of reasearch I decided to take a different route! With some finger nail polish remover, and spray paint here was my end results!
The truck still has alot to go, I'd like to have a vehicle that I can travel in, but no matter where I am go camping. So on the next up list is figure out my lift situation, some auxiliary lights, a way to protect my bumper (or a cool yet functional replacement), some form of roof racks for the topper. Color match of the Rims and topper, and remove that bloody 4x4 decal!
Here is how she currently sits!!
