Default From stock to a plow rig and a couple mods inbetween. The story of plow rig. No 56k
I thought I had a "build" thread for plow rig, but I dont. So, I am putting together a little page here. These are the pictures I have from the day I got the truck to where its at now. No pics of light bar build, or plow install or bumber build.

Day 1



Plow



From stock to here, I had mounted the plow. No pictures.

Next mod was the diamond plate tono cover.







Then did the OHC mod.



Explorer center console and power buckets.







Repair on the floor with fiberglass. And bed lined floor.









Installed Cab lights.







Replaced the 4th and final shackle mount. Installed 2" leveling kit.

Power upgrade for plow and seperate internal power.





Replaced Clutch, all u-joints, re-gear to 3.73 L/S from 3.27 Open





Other things I did was gauge pod install on piller. (oil/temp) White cluster swap with blue LEDs. Custom rear bumper build.

I guess I should add, the truck ran fine, I just had no way to get it home without trailering it

^wow...thats what the clutch looked like in my car at 52K guess the PO was hard on it
