New project - another trailer build
Well, as some of you know, I got this trailer (with a junk boat) from my neighbor. I took the boat to the dump ($27) to dump it. Stripped the boat hardware from the trailer. The part of the frame that angles in will be cut, brought back straight and then squared off. Overall lenght of this guy is 17' and I will be making it 12' deck space. Kinda long so im gonna tandem up the rear axle(s) I called the local trailer shop, they wanted $220 for the tandem link kit and 4 leaf springs. I thought that was a bit much. I got the tandem link kit from a guy in california for $42 shipped. Saved $38 from buying it locally.

YES! I think Im gonna reuse the set of springs on it, just pick up another set to match.

I would like to get some nice aluminum rims. Cant find any tho. Maybe quad rims..?!?!?!
---------- oh yeah, the tire that are on it wont be. Those are some old funky 12's. I will be putting 5.70x8 on there
