Default NP205 Clocking Ring

Do any of you have any experience with the NWF Clocking ring.

http://www.northwestfab.com/tcaseclockingrings.html

I feel that my T-case is hanging low, at least lower then what I want to make my skid plate.

The last picture is a decent shot of my boxed frame.

Default NP205 Twin Shifters

I decided to go a different direction with my twin shifters for my t-case. I decided I want to clock my 205 up to about level so it doesn't hang below my fame. Doing this will really screw up the position of the rails relative to the shifters. So... I am going to fab up my own cable shifters. I ran across someone that did this on Pirate4x4 and it doesnt look to hard. Plus Its a whole lot cheaper then buying NWF's version. I will keep you all posted of my clocking process and the cable build. It will be a couple weeks though.

Default Possible new rear bumper to match the front.

I modeled this one up trying to get a style more like the front. Let me know what you think.

That is a lot better and goes with the front much better.

What program you using to model these? I have worked with AutoCad Mechanical Desktop, but I was limited in skill what I could do with tubing and such.

I am using SolidWorks for these models. I used ProEngineer to make my first rear bumper tho. Its nice with SolidWorks cause it will give me a cut list for all that tubing.

I have heard of both of those but never had a chance to try them. Good work though, it is awesome you have the ability to use them as it makes fab a whole lot easier.

I gotta keep an eye on this build . . .

Ya I love being able to use them. It helps out so much. Its great being able to design something then save it as a DXF and have a laser cut it out for you.

Very nice. Just like the front, the rear is a functional work of art. Looking forward to the finished product.
