Just wanted to let you guys know that Im about to do a 01/03 front end swap. I have a OHC on the way also. I will be painting it black on the inside and blue on the trim. Im ordering a 03 roush grill for my 01/03 front end swap. I have a few photos of what my truck looked like when i bought it 4 years ago september.

October 2005: Panisonic head unit, 4 6x8 pioneers

May 2006: Exaust single 40 series Flowmasters dual tips

June 2007: 20% tint

July 2006: K&n cold air intake

August 2007: 18inch saleen replicas

September 2007: 2/3 drop.

December 2007: clear corners.

June 2008: Clear Headlights

August 2008: Chrome Grill.

And here how it sits today

The truck looks good. I like that front end better than the 01-04 fronts.

Well i went and saw my buddie today he sold his ranger for a 2010 nissan frontier he had 06 tails on his ranger. He told me hed trade me tails since i wanted dibs on the if he ever got rid of them. And he traded his ranger in and was taking all his aftermarket parts off and going back to stock. I got the 06 tails and i gave him back his 03 tails. Anyways enough talk and on too the pics.

Just wanted to update the thread and let you guys know that my ohc is in the mail and on the way to me. I should receive it Thursday or Friday. I will have it installed Saturday at the meeting. I am getting new headlights M3 mirrors. I will make sure i get photos. Please check back for results.

I had them on my 03 ranger for a week. They have a very small mirror and I didn't like it

I dont know where he got them. They were on my buddies 95 ranger hes giving them to me. (FREE) so i figured what the hell no more flappy mirrors

I cried every cut i made. Im going to a buddies house tomorrow, hes gonna help me with the wiring. We went to the hardware store tonight bought 64.00 worth of wiring kits that has different wire sizes on it for like 20.00 has 3diffrent rolls and 4 different rolls of the wire size on each roll. We also got insulated but connectors. It was a kit for like 10.00 i forgot how many pieces came with it.We bought like 10 rolls of electrical tape for 5.00, and we bought that stuff you wrap the wires in so the wires arnt messy, plus you dont have any loose wires hanging out. Im ready to get this bad boy mounted up. I gotta finish sanding it. Cause it has bubbles in it. Looks like someone took armor all after it. And armor all and paint does not go together. I should have this mod finished tomorrow. I will have pictures.

For all you guys interested in this thread. Here are a few pics of the install, today.

I have to put the console in tomorrow. Got dark on us. Were gonna wait and see what the insurance is gonna do with his truck. He has a 98 ext cab 3" BL and t-bar crank along with a set of exploder rear springs. Its got a 4.? which is bored .030 over and a comp cam. Ported and polished heads and matching intake. He just recently swapped the rear diff for a exploder rear diff. Any ways, a lady rear ended him. Bending the rear part of the frame. So if they total it hes getting a 08 FX4 twin stick. Btw he works at a Ford dealer as a mechanic. So were gonna wait to see if his truck is totaled or not. So we can wire my ohc and his at the same time. I'll try to go get pictures of his truck this week. If anyone's interested.
