the coil buckets are cut into the frame. the bucket itself is recessed about 1/2" into the actual body of the frame.

there is no real bowing in the coils.

Ohh alright, i got you. Mine barely bow out. Id say about a half inch bow. So what you did got it straight. I see. But i am scared to weaken the frame as rangers from my knowledge already have pretty weak frames?

not heard that one before yota's have weak frames of the small trucks rangers are the heaviest frames to my knowledge considered stronger than GMT400 and GMT800 chevy 1500s. that being said the mounts made of heavy steel and is properly welded so it shouldn't cause any issues. mine is also the fully boxed front.

Haha i guess im wrong. Cause i was thinkin of cutting into the frame and welding like a half moon into it to give it space for the coil. But im glad it can be done. I might have some more fab to work on.

I just gotta make a drive shaft and a new cross member. Than it will be ready. I am actually very surprised how good it does on the road. And i did the alignment myself from rim to rim. It drives straight as an arrow down the highway.
