Re: Another Ranger Build
I actually bought a equal length beam kit but I'm contemplating selling it now considering how much work it would be, thinking about just sticking with a arms now, not sure yet

Re: Another Ranger Build
yeah i was gonna say... you'd be better off selling the 04 and buying a 97 or older truck with a 4.0. either way for arms or beams you'll need to cut out the coil bucket and plate it, but you're most likely going to spend more building the beam mounts, steering swingers and tie rods, getting a steering box, and all that. i know you're building it yourself, but if it were me my time would be better spent buying a kit and just installing it myself.

Re: Another Ranger Build
True but at the same time I have everything but shocks and wheels, and it doesn't really matter if I got a 4.0 since I plan on doing a motorswap anyways

Re: Another Ranger Build
Nice man! Never read through this until now. Love the truck..
Request though, Can you grab some close ups of the MT wheels? I want those exact wheels but with a silver ring, I think. I'm debating going black or chrome!

Re: Another Ranger Build
----------
A couple of my rings are jacked up, so I will be getting new as well if I don't go to
17s but if I keep these I was planning on putting silver rings on too

it's just one of those things that is going to nickle and dime you until you're at 2x the cost of an a-arm LT kit IMO. it's your truck so you can do with it what you want, i just think you're greatly underestimating the amount of work and money involved.

Re: Another Ranger Build
Haven't updated this in a bit but, got some prp seats and crow harnesses which will be put in when I cage this thing soon, still straight pipe'd but now with a side exit sounds much better than under the cab now
