no just push up the bumper and retighten the bolts thats all mine took. i did it alone but i reccomend bringing a friend with you

for the core support or the u joints lol
both went good. the core support was easy i did it alone in 9 hrs and 1hr of that was just kinda sittin around bsing wth ppl coming to the garage to see what i was doing. u joints took 3 days total. wasnt hard just time consuming
